Our search process is unique to the client we are working with. Let's just say that we don’t let anything slip through the net and in doing so continually source properties of which the majority are entirely off market.

Thomas Rose are entirely independent. This allows us the freedom to focus entirely on our clients’ requirements, without negating any properties which are external to an institution.

NEGOTIATIONS AND CONVEYANCING

Thomas Rose manage the delicate process of negotiating with the vendor and their estate agent. We then instruct the best legal professionals to finalize contracts on the most favorable of terms.

We attend all necessary surveys and viewings with any professionals throughout the conveyance process. At this critical time, we aim to fully protect our clients from aspects that can go unnoticed or unsaid; or from advice being given from those who don’t necessarily have the buyers best interest in mind.

Of paramount importance is the attention to detail to assess every purchase in order to ensure that it is as well calculated as possible.

The precision involved in eliminating pitfalls allows our clients to be confident in their purchase. If cracks do appear, and the details are not resolvable, then we will advise not to proceed.
